Access dB

havin' complex problem (not so ah!) with my access db

i need the access to store value as dd-mm-yyyy hh:mm format
but Access don't allow me so!
it'll allowa dd-mm-yyy and hh:mm but not those two combined together...

then i should be able to make calculation with the new format of
dd-mm-yy-hh:mm = Time1 and so for Time2
I need to store value of Time1 - Time2 = in hh:mm format..

makin' any sense?
