Last Year Scene:

I was the auditor.
She was the auditee.
I raised the issue of not compiling all the surveys under one file. All
data are scattered around office.
She took the effort of creating one file, namely 1.14.18. I jot down the
file number in the Non Conformance form, signed it and she signed it too.
Procedure said all new file shall be registered under the Master List.
She is the owner of the Master List.

This Year:

Somebody else is the auditor.
She is the auditee.
Auditor requested to see the named file. Her Master List said it is 1.14.20.
Looking at the Non Conformance form, auditor queried on where is the
1.14.18.
She blamed it on me for writing down a wrong file reference number last
year simply because her Master List said 1.14.20
They called me in.
I saw the file, yes, it is 1.14.20. How come did I see that as 1.14.18??
Got puzzled but God gave me very strong eyesight.
I saw that the labelling was pasted under one more label.
I carefully tore down the label in front of every eyes in the room, and
there was the old label, 1.14.18.
I was right!

Don't you dare mess up things with me!!
