Bumiputra Your Ass!

There was this price preference in tendering for the 'bumiputra status' companies in the organization's policy. I think it should be changed to , 'Dr.M Family Status' companies or 'PakLah son-in-law Status' Companies or any other similar names like "Cutting Throat" or "Money Robber"

Incident 1:
Among the six bidders, four are bidding on average of let's say USD8.00 to USD 11.00 something. The other two (which status to be guessed) quoted around USD16.00 to USD 18.00. Crazy , right? It was like 200% more expensive. But we, giving them the benefit of doubts, really did think that they perhaps are having the hard time securing products. Second round, we asked them for a reduction and these 2 people quoted around USD8.00 to USD11.00, back to where everybody was.
Without a negotiation to rate reduction, see how much will they profit?

Incident 2:
Aggghh... this incident will be at least five pages long. I decided not to write or Syclone will be nagging on how long my entries are!

At least Imelda Marcos is much more honest, look people at the collection of my lingeries!
